Profile → Orders → Withdraw from the Contract / Request a Return → Form with return reason, desired action, and comments.

The right of withdrawal is excluded as the goods sold are made to measure or customized according to the choices of the final customer.

Returns are not accepted as it is a handcrafted product built to specific customer needs
